  • Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for refunds.
  • 100% Non Smoking in the Colonial Inn or Annex Buildings. Smoking in a non-smoking room will result in a $250 cleaning fee charged to your credit card. Please ask front desk support for designated outdoor smoking area.
  • Rates apply to two people per room; $10 to add a person.
  • Rates do not include sales tax, applied separately.

Fees

  • Rollaway Bed | $10 per night
  • Crib | $8 per night
  • Pet Fee | $10 per night – $50 deposit

Pet Policy

Dogs only. Please call ahead to bring your dog. There is a $10 charge per day per dog. We require a deposit of $50 per pet which will be returned at checkout if there are no incidents. The Inn has a back field and a walking path where you are welcome to walk your dog. Your dog must always be accompanied by family members.
